Duties/Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen or bar to guests promptly and accurately.
- Ensure all items are presented according to resort and restaurant standards.
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure accurate and efficient service.
- Assist servers by refilling water, beverages, and bread service when needed.
- Confirm that guests have everything they need upon food delivery and respond quickly to additional requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, and tray stands.
- Ensure plates, trays, and glassware are carried safely and handled with care.
- Remove empty dishes and glassware from tables in coordination with the service team.
- Support the expediting in organizing food orders and prioritizing timing for delivery.
- Perform side work, including restocking and cleaning duties, as assigned by supervisors.
- Communicate guest feedback, special requests, or issues promptly to servers and management.
- Uphold all food handling and safety standards to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Attend all required pre-shift and team meetings.
- Assist other team members as needed to ensure efficient service operations.
