Description

         Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen or bar to guests promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure all items are presented according to resort and restaurant standards.
  • Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure accurate and efficient service.
  • Assist servers by refilling water, beverages, and bread service when needed.
  • Confirm that guests have everything they need upon food delivery and respond quickly to additional requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, and tray stands.
  • Ensure plates, trays, and glassware are carried safely and handled with care.
  • Remove empty dishes and glassware from tables in coordination with the service team.
  • Support the expediting in organizing food orders and prioritizing timing for delivery.
  • Perform side work, including restocking and cleaning duties, as assigned by supervisors.
  • Communicate guest feedback, special requests, or issues promptly to servers and management.
  • Uphold all food handling and safety standards to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Attend all required pre-shift and team meetings.
  • Assist other team members as needed to ensure efficient service operations.

        Specific Technical / General:

·  Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required.

·  Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.

·  Ability to lift, carry, and balance trays up to 50 pounds.

·  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and move quickly in tight spaces.

·  Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
