Description

            Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional, safe, and effective Spa treatments in accordance with established protocols and resort standards.
  • Greet guests warmly, confirm treatment details, and ensure a seamless, personalized experience from arrival to departure.
  • Assess guests needs to customize treatments appropriately.
  • Handle guest feedback or complaints with professionalism, following Spa procedures to ensure satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate expert product and service knowledge to educate and upsell retail and additional services where appropriate.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of Spa services, products, and treatment protocols.
  • Perform a variety of massage, facial, and body therapies using correct techniques and universal precautions.
  • Maintain current certifications and participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure all treatments are performed in alignment with luxury resort standards and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and break down treatment rooms efficiently at the start and end of each shift.
  • Adhere strictly to hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations.
  • Support the team with laundry duties, locker room service, and other Spa operational needs when required.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth Spa operations and efficient guest flow.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding guest concerns, equipment functionality, and operational updates.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork, assisting in other Spa duties as assigned.

         Specific Technical / General:

  • Certified and licensed Spa Therapist or equivalent qualification in massage, aesthetics, or body therapy.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a luxury spa or 5-star resort environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in multiple modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, reflexology, facials, and body scrubs/wraps.
  • Knowledge of Spa products, skin care, and wellness practices.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical motions safely.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
