Description

          Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform all opening and closing procedures according to established checklists.
  • Maintain Spa facilities (locker rooms, lounge, patio, pool, and treatment areas) in pristine condition throughout the day.
  • Regularly inspect all areas every 10-15 minutes to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
  • Empty trash, replace linens, sanitize surfaces, and ensure adequate stock of towels, robes, slippers, and amenities.
  • Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, disinfecting slippers, and restocking fresh items as needed.
  • Monitor Jacuzzi and pool temperatures and report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
  • Communicate effectively with Spa Reception, Therapists, and Management to ensure operational flow.
  • Support Spa Therapists by replenishing treatment supplies and assisting with room turnover when needed.
  • Monitor inventory of supplies and amenities, report shortages or reordering needs to the Spa Director.
  • Follow all Spa and Resort policies, including safety, grooming, and service standards.
  • Maintain awareness of all Spa emergency and safety procedures.
  • Report any accidents, hazards, or maintenance issues immediately to the Spa Director.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
