The Restaurant Supervisor ensures the highest level of professional food and beverage service; leading dining room staff through meal periods. Must have at least 2 years supervisory experience in ala carte and have the desire to work in a remote location. Candidate must be well presented and have a commitment to exceptional service. The Restaurant Supervisor's role is critical to creating a warm, hospitable fine dining experience for our guests.  The Restaurant Supervisor oversees the Restaurant, Room Service and the Lobby Lounge. We are seeking a guest-focused individual with supervisory experience in a restaurant environment to assist the Food and Beverage Director in developing and training restaurant service staff and to ensure high quality guest experience.
