Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with scheduling and booking all watersports and recreational activities.
- Promote resort events, excursions, and programs to enhance guest engagement.
- Provide clear safety instructions and guidance for all activities and equipment use.
- Create positive first and last impressions, ensuring each guest feels valued and welcomed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in all recreation and waterfront areas.
- Inspect and maintain watersports and recreational equipment (sailboats, kayaks, windsurfing gear, etc.).
- Secure all recreation equipment and supplies after use.
- Support inventory control by tracking and reporting equipment, supplies, and merchandise needs.
- Enforce all resort policies, safety, and security procedures.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions promptly.

Specific Technical / General:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in recreation, watersports, or hospitality.
- CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certifications, preferred.
- Knowledge of basic watersports equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic about outdoor activities.
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, standing for long periods, and working at a physically active pace.
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
