Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Repair, maintain, and restore all wooden structures, furniture, and fixtures throughout the resort.
- Ensure all painted surfaces are maintained in excellent condition; assist with painting projects and refinishing as required.
- Perform installation and repair of locks, hardware, and related room or facility items.
- Undertake special projects, including construction of wooden structures or other assigned tasks.
- Assist with maintenance and renovation projects.
- Maintain records of completed projects, repairs, and materials used.
- Follow all safety procedures when using tools, machinery, and chemicals.
- Report accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure work areas and storage spaces remain clean and organized.
