Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware throughout shifts.
- Set up and break down the bar before and after service.
- Clean and sanitize bar areas, tools, and equipment.
- Assist bartenders with preparation of ingredients (cutting fruit, refilling syrups, etc.).
- Remove trash and recyclables to maintain a tidy, safe work area.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to bartenders/management.
- Support bartenders during busy periods by anticipating their needs.
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Perform any related duties as assigned by supervisor. Assisting all other employees In their duties when required.

Specefic Technical / General:
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Must be able to follow directions thoroughly, understand guest service needs and maintain confidentiality of guest information pertinent to the resort.
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and beverage service.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English, compute basic arithmetic and perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Create a wonderful impression of a restaurant by warmly welcoming guests. As restaurants’ personal representative, you serve a major role in establishing the atmosphere.
- Operate cash registers to accept payments for food and beverages.
- Inspect bar areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
- Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer Satisfaction.
- Ensure that patrons receive prompt and courteous service.
- Ability to work at a physically demanding pace.
- Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds to a maximum height of six (6) feet.
- Ability to remain standing for lengthy periods of time; climb steps and stairs; stoop, bend, and kneel; push.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at high heights.
- Ability to load and unload supplies.
