Duties/Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate all recreation, beach, and watersports activities including kayaking, paddleboarding, etc.
· Lead and motivate the recreation team to deliver personalized, luxury service.
· Schedule staff, assign daily duties, and monitor performance to ensure operational efficiency.
· Conduct daily inspections of beaches, pools, and recreation areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with resort standards.
· Ensure all safety procedures are followed and that staff are properly trained in emergency and first aid protocols.
· Assist in planning, promoting, and executing guest activities, tournaments, and special recreational events.
· Greet and engage with guests daily, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and proactive approach.
· Provide expert guidance on recreation and beach activities, tailoring experiences to guest preferences.
· Respond to guest feedback and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
· Promote resort amenities, excursions, and events to enhance guest engagement and experience.
· Oversee the maintenance, inventory, and security of all watersports and recreation equipment.
· Ensure that all equipment is in safe working conditions, conducting routine inspections and minor repairs as needed.
· Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and safety checks.
· Ensure compliance with resort policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
· Support the Rooms Manager with budgeting and procurement planning for recreation operations.

Specific Technical / General:
· Minimum of 3 years experience in recreation, watersports, or hospitality, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
· CPR, First Aid, required; Lifeguard certifications a plus.
· Strong knowledge of beach and water safety, as well as equipment operation (kayaks, paddleboards, sailboats, etc.).
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative skills.
· Physically fit to perform outdoor duties in various weather conditions.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
